The study research also really detailed and complete like cells and the structure, organ's function, tissues,  photosynthesis process, animals population in an area, until virus and bacteria all we can learn in Biology. Qur'an mention various of animal

ﻭَٱﻟْﺨَﻴْﻞَ ﻭَٱﻟْﺒِﻐَﺎﻝَ ﻭَٱﻟْﺤَﻤِﻴﺮَ ﻟِﺘَﺮْﻛَﺒُﻮﻫَﺎ ﻭَﺯِﻳﻨَﺔً ۚ ﻭَﻳَﺨْﻠُﻖُ ﻣَﺎ ﻻَ ﺗَﻌْﻠَﻤُﻮﻥَ

"And horses and mules and asses (hath He created) that ye may ride them, and for ornament. And He createth that which ye know not." (Holy Qur'an An-Nahl:8)

ﺣَﺘَّﻰٰٓ ﺇِﺫَآ ﺃَﺗَﻮْا۟ ﻋَﻠَﻰٰ ﻭَاﺩِ ٱﻟﻨَّﻤْﻞِ ﻗَﺎﻟَﺖْ ﻧَﻤْﻠَﺔٌ ﻳَٰٓﺄَﻳُّﻬَﺎ ٱﻟﻨَّﻤْﻞُ ٱﺩْﺧُﻠُﻮا۟ ﻣَﺴَٰﻜِﻨَﻜُﻢْ ﻻَ ﻳَﺤْﻄِﻤَﻨَّﻜُﻢْ ﺳُﻠَﻴْﻤَٰﻦُ ﻭَﺟُﻨُﻮﺩُﻩُۥ ﻭَﻫُﻢْ ﻻَ ﻳَﺸْﻌُﺮُﻭﻥَ

"Till, when they reached the Valley of the Ants, an ant exclaimed: O ants! Enter your dwellings lest Solomon and his armies crush you, unperceiving. "(Holy Qur'an An-Naml:18)

ﻭَﺃَﻭْﺣَﻰٰ ﺭَﺑُّﻚَ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ٱﻟﻨَّﺤْﻞِ ﺃَﻥِ ٱﺗَّﺨِﺬِﻯ ﻣِﻦَ ٱﻟْﺠِﺒَﺎﻝِ ﺑُﻴُﻮﺗًﺎ ﻭَﻣِﻦَ ٱﻟﺸَّﺠَﺮِ ﻭَﻣِﻤَّﺎ ﻳَﻌْﺮِﺷُﻮﻥَ

"And thy Lord inspired the bee, saying: Choose thou habitations in the hills and in the trees and in that which they thatch;" (Holy Qur'an An-Nahl:68)

Qur'an Mention various of Plants and Fruits

ﻳُﻨۢﺒِﺖُ ﻟَﻜُﻢ ﺑِﻪِ ٱﻟﺰَّﺭْﻉَ ﻭَٱﻟﺰَّﻳْﺘُﻮﻥَ ﻭَٱﻟﻨَّﺨِﻴﻞَ ﻭَٱﻷَْﻋْﻨَٰﺐَ ﻭَﻣِﻦ ﻛُﻞِّ ٱﻟﺜَّﻤَﺮَٰﺕِ ۗ ﺇِﻥَّ ﻓِﻰ ﺫَٰﻟِﻚَ ﻻَءَﻳَﺔً ﻟِّﻘَﻮْﻡٍ ﻳَﺘَﻔَﻜَّﺮُﻭﻥَ

"Therewith He causeth crops to grow for you, and the olive and the date-palm and grapes and all kinds of fruit. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for people who reflect." (Holy Qur'an An-Nahl:11)

 ﻭَٱﻟﺘِّﻴﻦِ ﻭَٱﻟﺰَّﻳْﺘُﻮﻥِ

"By the fig and the olive," (Holy Qur'an At-tin:1)

Qur'an discuss about plant necessity of water
ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ٱﻟَّﺬِﻯٓ ﺃَﻧﺰَﻝَ ﻣِﻦَ ٱﻟﺴَّﻤَﺎٓءِ ﻣَﺎٓءً ﻓَﺄَﺧْﺮَﺟْﻨَﺎ ﺑِﻪِۦ ﻧَﺒَﺎﺕَ ﻛُﻞِّ ﺷَﻰْءٍ ﻓَﺄَﺧْﺮَﺟْﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻨْﻪُ ﺧَﻀِﺮًا ﻧُّﺨْﺮِﺝُ ﻣِﻨْﻪُ ﺣَﺒًّﺎ ﻣُّﺘَﺮَاﻛِﺒًﺎ ﻭَﻣِﻦَ ٱﻟﻨَّﺨْﻞِ ﻣِﻦ ﻃَﻠْﻌِﻬَﺎ ﻗِﻨْﻮَاﻥٌ ﺩَاﻧِﻴَﺔٌ ﻭَﺟَﻨَّٰﺖٍ ﻣِّﻦْ ﺃَﻋْﻨَﺎﺏٍ ﻭَٱﻟﺰَّﻳْﺘُﻮﻥَ ﻭَٱﻟﺮُّﻣَّﺎﻥَ ﻣُﺸْﺘَﺒِﻬًﺎ ﻭَﻏَﻴْﺮَ ﻣُﺘَﺸَٰﺒِﻪٍ ۗ ٱﻧﻈُﺮُﻭٓا۟ ﺇِﻟَﻰٰ ﺛَﻤَﺮِﻩِۦٓ ﺇِﺫَآ ﺃَﺛْﻤَﺮَ ﻭَﻳَﻨْﻌِﻪِۦٓ ۚ ﺇِﻥَّ ﻓِﻰ ﺫَٰﻟِﻜُﻢْ ﻻَءَﻳَٰﺖٍ ﻟِّﻘَﻮْﻡٍ ﻳُﺆْﻣِﻨُﻮﻥَ

"He it is Who sendeth down water from the sky, and therewith We bring forth buds of every kind; We bring forth the green blade from which We bring forth the thick-clustered grain; and from the date-palm, from the pollen thereof, spring pendant bunches; and (We bring forth) gardens of grapes, and the olive and the pomegranate, alike and unlike. Look upon the fruit thereof, when they bear fruit, and upon its ripening. Lo! herein verily are portents for a people who believe." (Holy Qur'an Al-An'aam:99)

Qur'an discuss about human fingers

ﺑَﻠَﻰٰ ﻗَٰﺪِﺭِﻳﻦَ ﻋَﻠَﻰٰٓ ﺃَﻥ ﻧُّﺴَﻮِّﻯَ ﺑَﻨَﺎﻧَﻪُۥ

"Yea, verily. We are Able to restore his very fingers!" (Holy Qur'an Al-Qiyaama:4)

Qur'an discuss about descents, gender, and barrenness

ﻟِّﻠَّﻪِ ﻣُﻠْﻚُ ٱﻟﺴَّﻤَٰﻮَٰﺕِ ﻭَٱﻷَْﺭْﺽِ ۚ ﻳَﺨْﻠُﻖُ ﻣَﺎ ﻳَﺸَﺎٓءُ ۚ ﻳَﻬَﺐُ ﻟِﻤَﻦ ﻳَﺸَﺎٓءُ ﺇِﻧَٰﺜًﺎ ﻭَﻳَﻬَﺐُ ﻟِﻤَﻦ ﻳَﺸَﺎٓءُ ٱﻟﺬُّﻛُﻮﺭَ

"Unto Allah belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. He createth what He will. He bestoweth female (offspring) upon whom He will, and bestoweth male (offspring) upon whom He will;"

ﺃَﻭْ ﻳُﺰَﻭِّﺟُﻬُﻢْ ﺫُﻛْﺮَاﻧًﺎ ﻭَﺇِﻧَٰﺜًﺎ ۖ ﻭَﻳَﺠْﻌَﻞُ ﻣَﻦ ﻳَﺸَﺎٓءُ ﻋَﻘِﻴﻤًﺎ ۚ ﺇِﻧَّﻪُۥ ﻋَﻠِﻴﻢٌ ﻗَﺪِﻳﺮٌ

"Or He mingleth them, males and females, and He maketh barren whom He will. Lo! He is Knower, Powerful."(Holy Qur'an Ash-Shura:49-50)

Qur'an discuss about the benefit of date palm for pregnant woman

ﻭَﻫُﺰِّﻯٓ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻚِ ﺑِﺠِﺬْﻉِ ٱﻟﻨَّﺨْﻠَﺔِ ﺗُﺴَٰﻘِﻂْ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻚِ ﺭُﻃَﺒًﺎ ﺟَﻨِﻴًّﺎ

"And shake the trunk of the palm-tree toward thee, thou wilt cause ripe dates to fall upon thee." (Holy Qur'an Maryam:25)

This verses tell about Siti Maryam when she was be pregnant to prophet Isa ‘alaihissalam. Then Jibril ca her to concuss the point of date palm stem in order to the ripe ones fall down to her. Then the prophet Isa 'Alaihi Salam birthed under the date palm with Allah blessing.

Qur'an discuss about embryo development from the beginning until the end completely and accurately

ﻭَﻟَﻘَﺪْ ﺧَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎ ٱﻹِْﻧﺴَٰﻦَ ﻣِﻦ ﺳُﻠَٰﻠَﺔٍ ﻣِّﻦ ﻃِﻴﻦٍ

"Verily We created man from a product of wet earth;"

ﺛُﻢَّ ﺟَﻌَﻠْﻨَٰﻪُ ﻧُﻄْﻔَﺔً ﻓِﻰ ﻗَﺮَاﺭٍ ﻣَّﻜِﻴﻦٍ

"Then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe lodging;

ﺛُﻢَّ ﺧَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎ ٱﻟﻨُّﻄْﻔَﺔَ ﻋَﻠَﻘَﺔً ﻓَﺨَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎ ٱﻟْﻌَﻠَﻘَﺔَ ﻣُﻀْﻐَﺔً ﻓَﺨَﻠَﻘْﻨَﺎ ٱﻟْﻤُﻀْﻐَﺔَ ﻋِﻈَٰﻤًﺎ ﻓَﻜَﺴَﻮْﻧَﺎ ٱﻟْﻌِﻈَٰﻢَ ﻟَﺤْﻤًﺎ ﺛُﻢَّ ﺃَﻧﺸَﺄْﻧَٰﻪُ ﺧَﻠْﻘًﺎ ءَاﺧَﺮَ ۚ ﻓَﺘَﺒَﺎﺭَﻙَ ٱﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺃَﺣْﺴَﻦُ ٱﻟْﺨَٰﻠِﻘِﻴﻦَ

"Then fashioned We the drop a clot, then fashioned We the clot a little lump, then fashioned We the little lump bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators!" (Holy Qur'an Al-Muminoon:12-14)

Qur'an explain that honey can use as medicine

ﺛُﻢَّ ﻛُﻠِﻰ ﻣِﻦ ﻛُﻞِّ ٱﻟﺜَّﻤَﺮَٰﺕِ ﻓَﭑﺳْﻠُﻜِﻰ ﺳُﺒُﻞَ ﺭَﺑِّﻚِ ﺫُﻟُﻻً ۚ ﻳَﺨْﺮُﺝُ ﻣِﻦۢ ﺑُﻄُﻮﻧِﻬَﺎ ﺷَﺮَاﺏٌ ﻣُّﺨْﺘَﻠِﻒٌ ﺃَﻟْﻮَٰﻧُﻪُۥ ﻓِﻴﻪِ ﺷِﻔَﺎٓءٌ ﻟِّﻠﻨَّﺎﺱِ ۗ ﺇِﻥَّ ﻓِﻰ ﺫَٰﻟِﻚَ ﻻَءَﻳَﺔً ﻟِّﻘَﻮْﻡٍ ﻳَﺘَﻔَﻜَّﺮُﻭﻥَ

"Then eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of thy Lord, made smooth (for thee). There cometh forth from their bellies a drink divers of hues, wherein is healing for mankind. Lo! herein is indeed a portent for people who reflect." (Holy Qur'an An-Nahl:69)
